 Cost

COSTS ARE SUBJECT  TO CHANGE 

In addition to the cost of clinics ($25 ish each for various clinics offered during the year and for any competitions in which we decide to participate.) shoes cost approximately $20 (for high school).  Socks and bows may also be a small expense.  I do not want this to prevent anyone from cheer leading, so if these expenses are preventing your child from cheerleading, please see me as soon as possible.  We will work something out.

Fundraisers

The cheerleaders will be doing fundraisers to raise money for the cheerleading account. Fundraising events will be posted in the future. All cheerleaders are expected to help with all fundraisers.  We do not typically send things home to sell.  We sell items at school or games, host a mini cheer camp, host a softball tournement, sell items at a 4th of July celebration, etc.

 Games

The basketball schedule is posted on the school calendar.  However, games are subject to change due to weather, etc.  Please check the schedule regularly for changes.

 Information

MSHSAA now requires physicals before tryouts.  If a student has had a physical this school year, no new physical is needed.  However, before a student can participate in the following year, 2015-2016 school year, a new physical is required.  Physicals performed after February 2015 are effective until the end of the 2015-2016 school year.  Therefore, Students who received their physical after February 2015 do not need  another one for the next school year.  

 Health

Breathe deep several times a day.

Drink plenty of water.

Eat as many fresh raw fruits and vegetables as possible.

Avoid sugar and processed foods.

Get plenty of exercise.

Stretch everyday.

Get plenty of rest.
