 Practice

The fall practice schedule will begin September 29.  Due to the number of practices required and our four day school week, we may have to have practices on the weekends.   Parents and students need to know that  in order to accommodate students who are involved in other school extra-curricular activities and to insure we are able to use the gym,  practices will be scheduled before school on most days with the possibility of  some practices after school as well as Mondays and / or some Saturdays.  Please be prepared for the possibilities. 

 Exercise

  • Warm Up
  •  Stretch
  •  Exercises aerobic or muscle building
  • Cool Down
  • Remember this order for exercising and drink plenty of water BEFORE, during and after
